Chizuru Shiina, an earnest honor student, is shunned by her classmates for her strong sense of justice, but she begins to have fond feelings for Tsukino, the only teacher who will protect her. Then one day, she hears from another teacher, Taimura, that Tsukino has been embezzling school money. Chizuru wants to believe that it is a mistake, but Taimura takes advantage of Chizuru's feelings and demands that she keep quiet about it.
